Manage Yourself at Work

Participants will:

 

- increase their awareness of communication at work – how their    behaviour

   affects others.

- learn how to give and receive appropriate and constructive      

  feedback.

- gain valuable insights that will enable them to take

  responsibility and overcome victim mentality.

- develop and practice skills for communicating appropriately in

  meetings.

- practice coping skills for pressures of ordinary work life.

- learn how to de-escalate conflicts in the workplace.

- deepen their understanding of core values of their work place.

- be challenged in a very positive way to develop as a person.

 

A course for all employees who want to be supported in developing effective communication, emotional intelligence and its application in day to day work life through practical skills training.
